Calder Wood Press is a small publisher which doesn't intend growing much bigger. I publish chapbooks—poetry and short stories—in English and Scots.

My 2008 programme consists of six new titles - five poetry chapbooks and a book of short stories, and three of these have now been published. The 2009 programme is for six poetry chapbooks, and the list is now full. No further submissions will be considered at the moment. Unsolicited manuscripts will be returned unread. I’m sorry, but my other commitments make it impossible to take on more work than I can handle.
